About Us

Innoweave, was established in 2013 with an ambition of integrating strategic material handling and sustainable quality woven poly products to meet world’s growing demand for reducing carbon footprint.

We started our first manufacturing facility & never looked back. Today, we aren’t just a company to have fully integrated, multi product, multi location manufacturing facilities, but a lively team of young professionals starving to make this world a better place than ever.

From nothing to everything, in 2014, we started our manufacturing journey from 1 MT a day and today we produce 51 MTs of Poly woven products a day. From 5000 sacks a day in 2014, today we are equipped to produce 4 Million FIBCs, 4 Million Woven Sleeves, 55 Million Poly Woven Sacks, 60 Million Sq Yard Technical Fabric and are still growing. From 2 sewing machines in 2014, today we are equipped with 3 nos Lohia’s Tape Extrusion lines, 115 nos Starlinger's and Lohia’s circular weaving looms, 3 nos JP's extrusion lamination plants, one 3 layer Co-Ex liner plant, 50 heads of needle looms, sift resistant cords, ropes and ties, Ultrasonic cutting and sealing devices (on-loom and off-loom both), automatic Ultrasonic FIBC cutting machines with spout and baffle punching, Ultrasonic cutting devices at lamination plant, 4 color Jumbo bag printing machine, 4 color roll to roll printing machine for FIBCs and Small bags both, 3 nos BCS - automatic Small bags cutting and sewing machines, 15 assembly / stitching lines for FIBCs, double stroke blower suction based FIBC cleaning machine, metal detector and other ancillary machines.

Construction of Unit #2 Started.

Wide Width Coating / lamination plant Added.

New Tape Extrusion Plant Added.

October 2022

FIBC manufacturing unit Acquired (Unit #3).

December 2023

Fully Integrated Food Grade Plant for FIBC Inaugurated. (Unit #3)

March 2024

Sales and Export from unit #3 started.
